The Purpose of DADOA

To further the education, knowledge and interests of the professional Division Order Analyst through the exchange of ideas and experiences in the problems and opportunities that confront the Analyst in exploration, production and marketing of crude oil, gas or other minerals and their associated by-products.

To promote more effective communication between industry firms, personnel and the public with whom the Division Order Analyst is involved.

To advance division order work as a profession.

To foster friendly relations among the members of the Association through regular meetings and social functions.

To sustain the integrity of the Division Order Analyst profession in the oil, gas and other minerals industry.

To abide by and uphold the Code of Ethics of the Association.

Membership Application and Renewal forms for 2009 are now available on the Membership Information page.

The NADOA website has undergone several changes this year. You are already aware of most (certification & online membership renewal systems) but most recently we have posted the M&A Handbook in the Forms page. In our January board meeting we agreed to not print the M&A handbook in order to cut costs and instead post it on our website. Not only is this an economical savings but an advantage in that you will have an up to date resource at your finger tips. We will update the file periodically to note changes submitted by Stephen Horgan, M&A chair.

The results of our 2008 Salary Survey are now available on-line.
